His plans to integrate more visual elements into his work promise an engaging and multifaceted experience for his listeners, showcasing his broader creative vision.
Reflecting on his musical journey, Cam acknowledges the benefits and challenges of starting his singing career later in life. "Part of me wishes I started earlier so that I could experience the joy and implied passion of working on something that I care so much about," he mused. However, he also recognizes that his late start has driven him to work exceptionally hard to catch up with his peers. This determination has been a crucial factor in his growth as an artist, pushing him to hone his skills and push creative boundaries.
Cam's musical evolution reflects a journey of self-discovery and growth. From lo-fi rap to soul to rock, his willingness to explore different genres has broadened his overall vision. "I think my voice itself has become a lot more confident, and I’ve written hundreds and hundreds of songs," he explained.
