Jackson August - HOW DOES IT FEEL?


New York-based alternative artist Jackson August just came out with his first solo project, "HOW DOES IT FEEL?" The single is a reflection of August's experiences with feeling inadequate in a romantic relationship. The song's themes are deeply personal, and the lyrics portray the vulnerability that comes with owning up to one's mistakes. August's unique blend of indie and folk genres creates a sound that is both introspective and emotional.


August's journey with music began in the fourth grade when he picked up the saxophone. His love for jazz eventually led him to teach himself the guitar in high school, which ended up sparking his interest for songwriting. August has always been inspired by great songwriting, citing artists such as Carol King and Bob Dylan as influences. He truly believes that true folk music has the best storytelling and strives to incorporate this element into his music.


Despite feeling nervous about releasing his first solo project, August remains true to himself and his sound. Advising aspiring musicians to do the same, emphasizing the importance of staying authentic.



GROOVY - BADGURL


Rising neo-pop/R&B artist GROOVY recently dropped their latest single, "BADGURL," a Jersey Club anthem that channels love, lust, and desire. The track features GROOVY's smooth vocals and a hypnotic beat produced by Alejandro that blends Y2K R&B with booming staple triplet drums and velvety sampled vocals. The official music video, directed by Chris Andrade, follows a beautiful girl's journey to sexual empowerment and freedom as she joins a cult of alluring women dressed in black cloaks led by GROOVY himself.


With "BADGURL", GROOVY solidifies himself as a rising star in the music industry, showcasing his eclectic blend of neo-pop, R&B, and house. As a breakout act, GROOVY is one to watch in 2023 and beyond as he continues to push boundaries and create unique sounds that captivate audiences.



Nicodagoat - Ghost


Rising hip-hop lyricist Nicodagoat can't help but share true vulnerability and raw emotion in his raps. And doing so helps him connect with listeners on a whole different level because he's usually rapping about things we can all relate to.


His newly released single, “Ghost” sticks to his same undefeated formula of speaking from the soul. Ironically the track is produced by a producer named GhostQ, and his gloomy/mellow production allows Nico to wear his heart on his sleeve and get personal, showing that rap can be a form of therapy.



Che’ - APRIL 16TH


Ché, the nineteen-year-old New York native, dropped "APRIL 16TH," the lead single off his upcoming album set to release on the same day. Known for pushing boundaries, Ché's new release is his first since his successful debut mixtape "Ghost Log Cabin" in 2021. The young artist took his time exploring his creativity, navigating the music industry, and honing his craft, and now, he is ready to deliver his next round of music.


"APRIL 16TH" marks a time of growth and reflection for the budding artist, displaying the steps he's taken as both an artist and a person. Ché has elevated his craft since his 2019 mixtape, showcasing a more refined rap cadence and an impressive singing performance. With his upcoming album, Ché aims to surpass expectations and offer a fresh take on his artistry. Caroline Romano - Guts


Alt-pop artist, Caroline Romano, recently gifted her fans with "Guts," a passionate new single that showcases her indie-rock sound and emotional vocals.
